Taurine is a naturally occurring amino acid that is present abundantly in the heart, brain and skeletal muscles of the body and in many foods, such as fish, meat and some dairy.

DIRECTIONS OF USE:

Incorporate 1 serve of Taurine into your pre- or post-workout routine by mixing it with water or your preferred sports drink. For best results, take Taurine 20-30 minutes before exercise to maximise its performance-enhancing benefits. 

On rest days, consuming Taurine with meals can help maintain its beneficial effects on recovery and general health.
