L-Theanine Capsules are made from naturally occurring L-theanine (an amino acid) found in green tea leaves. Free from preservatives and artificial fillers, they are crafted to fit seamlessly into your daily routine.

L-theanine is a vegan-friendly, plant-based nootropic that is well absorbed by the body. It can cross the blood–brain barrier and may support alpha brain wave activity, helping to promote attention and mental performance.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE:
